• Our Returns and Exchange policies are simple. If your product is damaged in shipment, please save the box and make images of the damage. We will gladly help you get another product just like the one you ordered.

• Exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products, such as t-shirts you ordered custom from us. However, if there's a problem with the printing quality or anything unusual about the quality, we will do our best. If the product is something else, such as a handmade doll or toy or whatever - we will take a return on that if you return the item in its original condition. We don't give refunds for convenience purposes, but if you have an emergency we will do our best to understand and help. Life throws us all curve balls pretty often.
